Recombinant human CBLB (Cbl proto-oncogene B), encompassing amino acids 39-426. This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag followed by a PreScission Protease Cleavage site to facilitate removal of the GST portion and contains the mutation of interest (Y363E). The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
