Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla luciferase reporter under human Nephrin's promoter which is specifically expressed in human kidney podocytes. This lentivirus also contain the RFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
