Monoclonal antibody for DMPO

A monoclonal antibody from clone N1664A against Human DMPO. The host species for the production of this antibody is Mouse. The antigen used for immunization is 5,5-dimethyl-2-(8-octanoic acid)-1-pyrrolone-N-oxide conjugated to Ovalbumin. The antibody is tested and validated for WB, IHC, ICC/IF, IP, ELISA, AM assays with the following recommended dilutions: WB (1:1000), ICC/IF (1:100), ELISA (1:100), IP (25µg). This MAb for DMPO is conjugated with ATTO 655.
