Luciferase(firefly) Report Cell Line(RFP/Puromycin)-HEK293

Transformed from HEK293 cells, expressing the firefly luciferase gene. Luciferase and RFP was co-expressed under CMV promoter as individual protein(not as fusion). The Puromycin marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The cell constitutively express both Luciferase and RFP.
