Luciferase(firefly) Report Cell Line(GFP-Blasticidin)-CRE

Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system with sequence verified firefly luciferase gene II and CRE recombinase. Luciferase and CRE was co-expressed under CMV promoter as seperated protein(not as fusion). The GFP-Blasticidin fusin dual marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The cell constitutively co-expresses both firefly Luciferase and CRE.
