The Cathepsin V assay kit comes in a convenient 96-well format, with purified Cathepsin V, its fluorogenic substrate, and Cathepsin buffer for 100 enzyme reactions. In addition, the kit includes the cathepsin inhibitor E64 for use as a control inhibitor.
