This FRET-based assay_x000D_requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especially suitable for high throughput_x000D_screening applications. The assay procedure is straightforward and simple; a sample containing_x000D_terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeled acceptor, BCL-XL, peptide ligand, and an inhibitor is_x000D_incubated for 120 minutes.
