Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla luciferase reporter under a minimal promoter embded 8 tandem repeats of Tcf (Wnt responsive element). . This lentivirus also contain the RFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
