Description of target: Mouse TNFRSF23, also known as TNFRH1 and DcTRAIL R1, is a GPI-anchored mouse TNF receptor superfamily member that lacks a cytoplasmic death domain and does not induce apoptosis. This gene is mapped to 7 F5; 7 88.28 Cm. This gene encodes a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily of proteins. The encoded receptor has been shown to bind to the ligand TRAIL (tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand), but to have no signaling capacity. This gene shows elevated expression in mice with diet-induced fatty liver disease. This gene and other family members are present in a gene cluster on chromosome 7. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. ;Species reactivity: Mouse;Application: ELISA;Assay info: ;Sensitivity: <10pg/ml
