RM-581, an aminosteroid derivative, has potent anticancer activity in different types of cancer, including high fatality pancreatic cancer[1]. RM-581 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
