Rabbit Anti-Human RAS Polyclonal

A polyclonal antibody for RAS from Human | Mouse | Rat | Bovine. The antibody is produced in rabbit after immunization with human synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 31-43 of human RAS. (The immunogen peptide is from the effector binding loop (l2) of the H, K and N-Ras (AA31-43). This sequence is identical yeast, slime mould, fungi, Xenopus, rat, mouse and chicken over these residues.). The Antibody is tested and validated for WB, IHC, ICC/IF assays with the following recommended dilutions: WB (1:1000), IHC (1:100), ICC/IF (1:200). This RAS antibody is conjugated to ATTO 594.
