Quetiapine Fumarate is a novel atypical antipsychotic used in the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar I mania, bipolar II depression and bipolar I depression [1]. The antipsychotic effect of quetiapine might be mediated through antagonist activity at dopamine and serotonin receptors.
