Peptone, bacteriological

Enzymatic digest of protein. For use in preparing microbiological culture media. Peptone has been heated a minimum of 80°C for 1 hour, including minimum of 105°C for 30 minutes and dried at a minimum of 140°C. Store in a cool dry place.
