Monoclonal antibody for mGluR1/5

A monoclonal antibody from clone S75-3 against Human mGluR1/5. The host species for the production of this antibody is Mouse. The antigen used for immunization is Rat Fusion protein amino acids 824-1203 (cytoplasmic C-terminus) of rat mGluR5b. The antibody is tested and validated for WB, IHC, ICC/IF, IP assays with the following recommended dilutions: WB (1:1000), IHC (1:1000), ICC/IF (1:1000). This MAb for mGluR1/5 is conjugated with Streptavidin.
