Monoclonal antibody for KDEL

A monoclonal antibody from clone 1F2 against Human KDEL. The host species for the production of this antibody is Mouse. The antigen used for immunization is KDEL peptide (C-AVKDEL -COOH) conjugated at the N-terminal to Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA). The antibody is tested and validated for WB assays with the following recommended dilutions: WB (1:1000). This MAb for KDEL is conjugated with ATTO 633.
