A monoclonal antibody from clone 4F9 against Human | Mouse | Rat ERp57. The host species for the production of this antibody is Mouse. The antigen used for immunization is Human recombinant ERp57 (Grp58) protein corresponding to amino acids 25 - 505 (his-tagged). The antibody is tested and validated for WB, ICC/IF assays with the following recommended dilutions: WB (1:1000); ICC/IF (1:100). This MAb for ERp57 is conjugated with ATTO 655.
