Monoclonal antibody for DNMT1

A monoclonal antibody from clone 11H8 against Human | Mouse DNMT1. The host species for the production of this antibody is Mouse. The antigen used for immunization is Human Raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 637-650 of human DNMT1. The antibody is tested and validated for WB, ICC/IF assays with the following recommended dilutions: WB (1:1000), ICC/IF (1:100). This MAb for DNMT1 is conjugated with Dylight 488.
