A monoclonal antibody from clone 5A7-2E11 against Human | Rat | Mouse | African clawed frog (Xenopus laevis) CENP-A. The host species for the production of this antibody is Mouse. The antigen used for immunization is Human Synthetic peptide corresponding to a portion of human CENP-A. The antibody is tested and validated for WB, ICC/IF assays with the following recommended dilutions: WB (1:1000), ICC/IF (1:100). This MAb for CENP-A is conjugated with ATTO 565.
