JMJD2C (KDM4C) Chemiluminescent Assay Kit

The JMJD2C Chemiluminescent Assay Kit is designed to measure activity of the JMJD2C for screening and profiling applications. The key to the JMJD2C Chemiluminescent Assay Kit is a highly specific antibody that_x000D_recognizes demethylated substrate. With this kit, only three simple steps on a microtiter_x000D_plate are required for methyltransferase detection. First, a sample containing JMJD2C_x000D_enzyme is incubated with a sample containing assay buffer for one hour. Next, primary_x000D_antibody is added. Finally, the plate is treated with an HRP-labeled secondary antibody_x000D_followed by addition of the HRP substrate to produce chemiluminescence that can then be_x000D_measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
