Intact Genomics igMax™ DH10B derivative ElectroCompetent cells are suitable for demanding cloning situations, such as synthetic bio-applications, BAC cloning, assembling large and multi-DNA fragments, and large construct transformation or cloning difficult targets, requiring the greatest number of transformants possible.
