Human NFkB Luciferase Reporter Cell Line-Jurkat is is derived from human T lymphocyte cells, and stably express firefly luciferase reporter gene under the control of the NF-kB response enhancer element. This cell line is an ideal cellular model for monitoring the activation of NFkB pathway triggered by stimuli treatment, enforced gene expression and gene knockdown.
