Human Brain Vascular Adventitial Fibroblasts

Human Brain Vascular Adventitial Fibroblasts from Gentaur are isolated from human brain vascular tissue. HBVAF are cryopreserved at first passage of primary culture and delivered frozen. Each vial contains 5×10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HBVAF are characterized by spindle morphology and by immunofluorescent method with antibody to fibronectin. HBVAF are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HBVAF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings at the condition provided by Gentaur Research Laboratories.
