Glyoxalase I inhibitor 1

Glyoxalase I inhibitor 1 (compound 23) is a potent glyoxalase I (GLO1) inhibitor with an IC50 of 26 nM[1]. Glyoxalase I inhibitor 1 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
