Gli-Rluc (GFP) Lentivirus 

Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla luciferase reporter under a minimal promoter embeded 8 tandem repeats of Gli responsive element (hedgehog pathway). This lentivirus also contain the GFP selection marker under the consitutive RSV promoter, provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
