GFP-Human Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells

GFP-HBMVECs cells were selected from HBMVECs resistant to puromycin after infected with GFP expressing lentiviral particles. The cells are shipped in frozen vials (the cells are provided @ passage 4-5). Endothelial Growth Medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have a minimum average population doubling levels 15 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below).
