FT011

FT011 is an anti-fibrotic agent, reduces mRNA expression of collagens I and III and inhibits collagen synthesis[1]. FT011 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
