EZH2 Homogeneous Assay Kit

The EZH2 Homogeneous Assay Kit is designed to measure activity of the EZH2 for screening and profiling applications, using AlphaLISA® technology. The key to the EZH2 Homogeneous Assay Kit is a highly specific_x000D_antibody that recognizes methylated substrate. With this kit, only three simple steps on a_x000D_microtiter plate are required for methyltransferase detection. First, a sample containing_x000D_EZH2 enzyme is incubated with the histone substrate for one hour. Next, acceptor beads_x000D_and primary antibody are added, then donor beads, followed by reading the Alpha-counts.
