EF1a Control lentiviral particles (GFP-Bsd) in PBS

Negative control lentivirus contains a null spacer insert under EF1a promoter, serves as the negative control of lentivurs treatment for the specificity of any target expression effects. It also has the GFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter. The virus was concentrated and provided in PBS solution.
