DNA Loading Dye

6X Loading dye is most commonly used in order to monitor the progress of an electrophoresis run. It is combined with DNA samples in order to ensure that samples do not diffuse away when being loaded and also to provide easy visualization during loading.<p><b>Consists of:</b></p><p>Glycerol, Tris-HCl, and Bromophenol blue.</p>
