CD73-IN-12 is a potent inhibitor of CD73. CD73 is closely associated with tumor growth, angiogenesis and metastasis. CD73-IN-12 be used for preparing a medicament for tumor-related diseases (extracted from patent CN114437038A, compound 9)[1]. CD73-IN-12 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
