C57BL/6 Mouse Lung Endothelial Cells

C57BL/6 mouse lung endothelial cells (MLUEC) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. C57BL/6 mouse lung endothelial cells are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
