ACE2 Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit

The ACE2 Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit is a 96-well homogeneous fluorogenic assay designed to measure the exopeptidase activity of ACE2 (Angiotensin converting enzyme 2) for screening and profiling applications. The ACE2 kit contains enough purified ACE2 (amino acids 18-740), ACE2 substrate, and ACE2 buffer for 100 reactions.Figure 1: Illustration of the assay principle.Cleavage of the peptide by ACE2 releases L-phenylalanine, which is measured by a two-step reaction and detection of a fluorogenic product.
